We found out the hard way that building our dream home was actually a nightmare, without the right team in place to help get us there. My husband and I bought our lot over six years ago, with the intention to build two years later. To save money, we had a family friend draw up our first set of house plans. Bryson truly outdid himself on our house plans, and we could not be happier! Moral of the story, just spend the extra money up front to do it right the first time.
